Every new client will do bi-weekly scans to track your progress. We will provide you with Nutritional Guidance, Shopping Lists, Calories and MACROS (Fats, Carbs and Proteins) based on what your fitness goals are. Whether you want to lose or gain weight. Build muscle, or just get overall health and fit.
